Bamburgh Castle At Sunrise – Accepted

This was the first time I’ve entered the Bristol Salon, With almost 950 entrants and over 12,500 images from 58 countries, this is the biggest Salon I’ve entered, so was very pleased to have received the most acceptances (10) in to one single Salon I have achieved to date, including all four of my entries in to the Scapes section. So with 22 acceptances in the three FIAP Salons I’ve entered, I’m over half way to meeting the criteria for AFIAP award now 🙂

Neath & District Photographic Society 2020 UK Salon was the first BPE exhibition I entered, I only came across it by chance advertised in a photography magazine. I was very pleased to receive two acceptances. I’ve later come to understand that these can be credited towards BPE Crown awards – So… 23 acceptances to go 🙂 Here’s a link to the Neath 2020 Gallery – http://photoexhib.co.uk/ndps/results-2020/results.htm

Cheltenham International Salon of Photography is one of the most well renowned salons, usually achieving a four star rating from FIAP. There are usually around 8000 entries from over 50 countries worldwide. CISP 2020 (cheltenhamcameraclub.co.uk)
This was the first time I’d entered an international salon, so was delighted to be awarded a Gold Medal for one of my images. Two of my other entries were also accepted so I was very pleased indeed.
