Clownfish – 14 Points

I received 9 acceptances for this Salon, including a gold medal for “Praying At The Golden Temple” in the travel section, and a Merit for “Clownfish In A Red Sea Anemone” – Both of which received maximum marks from all judges so very pleased with this achievement – I also believe I have now met all the criteria to apply for the AFIAP award, which is also very pleasing 🙂

I was delighted to have achieved four acceptances in this International Exhibition based in Montenegro, including a Gold Medal for my image “Praying At The Golden Temple” Another image in the class also scored 23 points and would likely have won an award, however only one award can be won in each category.

This is a circuit of 4 salons, and I had 12 of my images accepted, all in all a total of 27 acceptances as well as one GIP Medal so I was very pleased with this indeed. Of course since this was a FIAP approved salon, it takes me to 54 FIAP acceptances, which exceeds the criteria for AFIAP. I now just need to enter more international salons to gain the award.

This was the first time I’d entered an international salon, so was delighted to be awarded a Gold Medal for one of my images. Two of my other entries were also accepted so I was very pleased indeed.

This was the first time I entered a public competition, so I was thrilled to have two images accepted and one more winning an award.
